Google Chrome Refreshes
Avid users of Google’s Chrome web browser should be pleased today as the company has released an updated version of the browser which promises to be quicker, include more security features, and be generally more stable than the previous version. What’s also cool is if you’re using Chrome already you don’t even need to do anything to update, as Google will have the browsers automatically update to the new version in approximately three weeks. Of course, if you’d like to try the new version out pronto you can find it on the Chrome homepage.
Personally, I’m excited to give the new version (which is being called “Chrome Two”) by many a try, as anything that crashes less is a good thing in my book. Especially considering I use FireFox and while I love it, it is prone to crash on me several times a day. The only bad news is for Mac users as Google has still not released a version for them. Apparently a Mac version is in the works though!
